Our Sausage stall is based in Cork’s Famous English Market, where we have a range of over 50 Sausage varieties complimented with a selection of our delicious gourmet burgers, meatballs, dry-cured bacon and black & white pudding. For lunch pick up one of our gourmet sausage sandwiches and take in the special hustle & bustle and friendliness the English market is renowned for.
Situated in the heart of Cork City, the English Market is a roofed food market and has been trading since 1788. The Market is one of the oldest municipal markets of its kind in the world, which has survived rebellion, fires, civil war and to this day serves the highest quality, locally produced food, as well as what the rest of the world has to offer. It is the vibrant heartbeat of Cork city centre and we are proud to call it home.
