The O’Flynn brothers created The 'Liam O'Flynn' sausage as an ode to their Father Liam.
Their father worked in the meat business all his life in different butcher shops throughout Cork. Liam O’Flynn taught his sons that butchering was a hard trade, but encourage that with hard work they could become masters of their craft. The O'Flynn brothers were delighted when this sausage went on to win gold at the Great Taste Awards.
This mildly spiced traditional sausage is made from pork sourced from West Cork and is perfect for breakfast or lunch.
This sausage is made with a minimum of 95% meat content and is gluten free.
