Using our gourmet sausages and dry cured bacon, learn how to make our twist on the famous Pigs in Blankets. Our Flynn’s in Blankets recipe is perfect for any get together or party.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Choice of O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausage.
  • O’Flynn’s Dry Cured Bacon.
  • Toothpicks/Skewers.
  • Maple Syrup.

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°.
  2. Use any O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausages of your choice.
  3. Twist into cocktail sausage size.
  4. Slice in half the O’Fynn’s Dry Cured Bacon.
  5. Roll up your sausage pieces in the bacon strips.
  6. Place a toothpick or a small skewer through each blanketed sausage.
  7. Place sausages onto baking tray.
  8. Cook for 25 minutes at 180°.
  9. Remove when golden brown.
  10. For extra taste, drizzle maple syrup over your Flynn’s In Blankets.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
