INGREDIENTS:

  • Choose any flavored O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausage.
  • Chopped Spinach
  • Mixed Beans
  • Salt
  • Chopped mixed bell peppers
  • 1/2 Onion finely diced.
  • Coriander finely diced.
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Gherkins
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • Toss your salad and mix well.
  • Serve into your bowl

METHOD:

  1. Get a big mixing bowl to toss your salad.
  2. Prepare all ingredients.
  3. Throw ingredients into your bowl.
  4. Spinach
  5. Mixed Beans
  6. Pinch of Salt
  7. Chopped mixed peppers
  8. Chopped Onion
  9. Finely diced Coriander
  10. Sweet Chilli Sauce
  11. Gherkins
  12. Squeeze of fresh lime
  13. Toss your salad and mix well.
  14. Serve into your bowl
  15. Choose any flavored O’Flynn’s Gourmet Sausage.
  16. Grill the sausage on a low to medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked.
  17. Place your grilled O’Flynn’s gourmet sausage on top of your salad.
  18. Or chop the sausage and mix into your salad.
  19. Enjoy!
